英語でCooking

3月6日(水)～3月11日(月)にかけて、2年生英語科特別授業として『英語でCooking』が行われ、英語を話しながらチョコレートや抹茶のマフィンを作りました。生徒たちは英語を話しながら、楽しそうにマフィンを作っていました。

Making muffins was a lot of fun.  I particularly enjoyed placing the liquid ingredients into the paper cups.  It was my first experience.  Using only English was difficult, but I was able to communicate. This was a good opportunity to test my English ability, so I want to thank my English teachers.

Today, we made two kinds of muffins.  Our muffins tasted good, and we had a fun time making them.  Mashing the bananas was exciting, and I was happy when the muffins swelled in the oven.  I had a really good time! I learned how to cook and I learned lots of new English words.
